| Esukan.gg is an initiative under the purview of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia. It is a platform designed to create, organise, and manage esports competitions involving computer, mobile, and console games. The platform helps players discover and participate in esports tournaments while enabling Event Organisers to organise and manage their competitions. | |
2. | Does it cost anything to sign up for Esukan.gg? | |
| No. Signing up for an Esukan.gg account is completely free. | |
3. | Are my registration details protected? | |

Alternatively, follow these steps to create a player account:
1. Click Sign Up and select Player. 2. Fill in the required registration details. 3. Click Sign Up Now to create your account. 4. A verification email will be sent to your registered email address. 5. Click the verification link in the email to confirm your email address. 6. Once your email address has been verified, you may log in to esukan.gg. You may complete or update your player profile later after logging in. | |

5. | Do I need to upload my NRIC or IC to register? No. NRIC or IC verification is not required to create an Esukan.gg account. However, individual tournaments may have their own eligibility or identity-verification requirements. Please refer to the rules of the tournament you wish to join. | |
6. | II have not received the verification email. What should I do? First, check your spam or junk email folder. Please also confirm that the email address entered during registration is correct. If you still cannot find the verification email, contact us at [email protected] for assistance. | |
7. | How is my account verified? Your account is verified through the email address provided during registration. After signing up, click the verification link sent to your registered email address to activate your account. | |

Eligibility to participate in a specific tournament may differ depending on the tournament’s rules, including requirements relating to age, location, nationality, residency, game account, or player ranking. | |

11. | Who approves tournament registrations? | |
| Tournament registrations are reviewed and managed by the Event Organiser. The Event Organiser may approve, reject, or request further information based on the tournament requirements. | |
12. | Can I change my team name? | |
| A team name may not be editable after the team has been submitted for a tournament. Please review your team information carefully before submitting your tournament registration. Where changes are required, contact the Event Organiser or Esukan.gg support for assistance. | |
13. | Can I join more than one team? You cannot join more than one team in the same tournament. However, you may join different teams for different tournaments, subject to the rules and schedules of those tournaments. | |
| 14. | Can my team participate in more than one tournament? Yes. Your team may participate in multiple tournaments, provided that the team and its members meet the requirements of each tournament. Players should also ensure that there are no scheduling conflicts between tournaments. | |
15. | Where can I view the tournament rules? | |
| The rules for each tournament are displayed on the respective tournament page under the Rules section. You should review all tournament rules, eligibility requirements, schedules, formats, and participation conditions before registering. | |

17. | Can I update my profile after registration? Yes. You may log in to your account and complete or update your player profile later. Certain profile information may be required before you can participate in a tournament. | |

| To request the deletion of your account, contact us at [email protected]. Creating multiple accounts to avoid tournament restrictions, suspensions, bans, or other platform rules may not be permitted. | |
19. | I have registered for a tournament but no longer wish to participate. What should I do? | |
| Contact the Event Organiser as soon as possible to request withdrawal from the tournament. You may also contact [email protected] if you require assistance. Withdrawing from a tournament does not require you to delete your Esukan.gg account.

20. | How do I delete my Esukan.gg account? To request account deletion, contact us at [email protected]. The support team may request additional information to confirm account ownership before processing the request. | |

Click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password. | ||

22. | What happens if I am banned? | |
| If you are banned or disqualified, you may no longer be permitted to continue participating in the tournament. The consequences of a ban will depend on the tournament rules, the nature of the violation, and the decision of the Event Organiser. Serious or repeated violations may also result in restrictions being placed on your Esukan.gg account. | |
23. | What should I do if I experience a problem during a tournament? | |

| Tidak, anda tidak dibenarkan menyertai lebih dari 1 kumpulan untuk setiap kejohanan. Walau bagaimanapun, anda dan kumpulan anda boleh menyertai kejohanan lain serentak. | |
13. | Di manakah saya dapat melihat peraturan-peraturan Kejohanan? | |
